Recreation master plan and action plan 2021-2025 of the Rosemont-La-Petite-Patrie borough

The Challenge

In a vision of contributing to the improvement of the living environment, the well-being of its citizens and towards an ecological transition, the borough of Rosemont-La Petite-Patrie wished to adopt, for the first time in Montreal, a master plan and action plan for recreation in order to guide its future decisions and interventions in this area.

Our Contribution

LBB first carried out a consultation with the various stakeholders in the community and leisure sector. Following this consultation, LBB assists the borough in developing the master plan. In order to carry out this master plan, LBB analyzed the offer and strengths in terms of recreation, identified the issues specific to the context and developed the strategic orientations and guiding principles to guide the borough in its future projects.

The Results

Rosemont-La Petite-Patrie is now equipped with a master plan and an action plan realized in a participatory manner that includes 3 strategic orientations, 16 key strategies and 44 priority actions in order to allow for the proper development of recreation in the borough.
