Alouettes de Montréal - Centralization of Operation

The Challenge

As part of its reorganization, the management of the Montreal Alouettes, a CFL professional team, wanted to adopt a plan to centralize its football and administrative operations.

Our Contribution

LBB’s legal team developed the reorganization plan, reviewed and renegotiated the commercial leases with McGill University (Percival Molson Stadium) and with the Régie des Installations Olympiques (RIO).
