The Challenge

Swimming Canada also aims to be a leading organization in Canada and internationally in terms of governance, organization and the performance of its swimmers.

Our Contribution

LBB acted as strategist and advisor on several Swimming Canada projects. LBB developed the strategic plan, revised its policies, contributed to its risk management and safe sport strategy, advised Swimming Canada on the hosting and organization of international sporting events (FINA) and acts as lead legal counsel for sport law matters.

The Results

Swimming Canada is a best in class federation and a model in Canada and internationally for the quality of its organization and the performance of its athletes at Worlds, Olympic and Paralympic Games.
