With a view to improving its outdoor sports facilities, the City of Salaberry-de-Valleyfield wishes to develop a master plan to analyze options and guide its decisions and interventions in terms of development, compliance with standards and the choice of facilities for the various sports facilities, including the evaluation of a multisport hub.<\/p>\n
Mandate 1: Preliminary cost study of the sports fields for the Salaberry-de-Valleyfield multisport park.<\/em><\/p>\n In order to proceed with a preliminary evaluation of the choice of the targeted sports arenas for this multisport hub, LBB evaluated the supply and demand using socio-demographic data and trends in the various targeted sports. Following the selection of the sports arenas according to the preliminary study, LBB produced construction cost estimates for each of the sports arenas to be able to analyze the feasibility of the project.<\/p>\n Mandate 2: Creation of a master plan for Salaberry-de-Valleyfield’s outdoor sports facilities 2021-2025<\/em><\/p>\n LBB will conduct a detailed study of the supply and demand and the condition of all sports fields in Salaberry-de-Valleyfield. This study includes the analysis of relevant socio-demographic data for the City and its neighbourhoods, a complete portrait of the quality of each of the sports arenas and an analysis of the specific demand for each sport as well as new trends and emerging sports. Following this study, LBB will jointly develop with the City the vision and orientations that will guide future decisions and actions in order to make Salaberry-de-Valleyfield an active sports city.<\/p>\n These two mandates enabled the City of Salaberry-de-Valleyfield to move forward with a multisport hub and adopt the master plan for outdoor sports facilities. The analysis conducted for the master plan confirmed the City’s need to invest in the various sports arenas in order to allow its citizens to enjoy modern, attractive, adequate and safe sports Salaberry-de-Valleyfield d\u00e9sire se doter d\u2019un plan directeur afin d\u2019analyser les options, orienter ses d\u00e9cisions et interventions sur le plan de l\u2019am\u00e9nagement, la mise aux normes et le choix de l\u2019offre des diff\u00e9rents plateaux dont notamment l\u2019\u00e9valuation d\u2019un p\u00f4le multisport.<\/p> Mandat 1 : \u00c9tude des co\u00fbts pr\u00e9liminaires des plateaux sportifs pour le parc multisport de Salaberry-de-Valleyfield.<\/em><\/p> Afin de proc\u00e9der \u00e0 une \u00e9valuation pr\u00e9liminaire du choix des plateaux sportifs cibl\u00e9s pour ce p\u00f4le multisport, LBB \u00e9value l\u2019offre et la demande \u00e0 l\u2019aide de donn\u00e9es socio-d\u00e9mographiques et des tendances dans les diff\u00e9rents sports cibl\u00e9s. \u00c0 la suite de la s\u00e9lection des plateaux sportifs selon l\u2019\u00e9tude pr\u00e9liminaire, LBB a produit des estimations des co\u00fbts de construction pour chacun des plateaux sportifs pour \u00eatre en mesure d\u2019analyser la faisabilit\u00e9 du projet.<\/p> Mandat 2 : La r\u00e9alisation d\u2019un plan directeur des plateaux sportifs ext\u00e9rieurs de Salaberry-de-Valleyfield 2021-2025<\/em><\/p> LBB r\u00e9alise une \u00e9tude d\u00e9taill\u00e9e de l\u2019offre et la demande et de l\u2019\u00e9tat de tous les plateaux sportifs de Salaberry-de-Valleyfield. Cette \u00e9tude comprend l\u2019analyse des donn\u00e9es socio-d\u00e9mographiques pertinentes de la Ville et de ces quartiers, le portrait complet de la qualit\u00e9 de chacun des plateaux sportifs et l\u2019analyse de la demande sp\u00e9cifique pour chaque sport ainsi que les nouvelles tendances et sports \u00e9mergents. \u00c0 la suite de cette \u00e9tude, LBB d\u00e9veloppe conjointement avec la Ville la vision et les orientations qui guideront les d\u00e9cisions et les actions futures afin de faire de Salaberry-de-Valleyfield une ville sportive et active.<\/p> Ces deux mandats ont permis \u00e0 la Ville de Salaberry-de-Valleyfield d\u2019aller de l\u2019avant avec un p\u00f4le multisport et adopter le plan directeur des plateaux sportifs ext\u00e9rieurs. L\u2019analyse r\u00e9alis\u00e9e pour le plan directeur est venue confirmer le besoin de la Ville d\u2019investir dans les diff\u00e9rents plateaux sportifs afin de permettre \u00e0 ces citoyens de
