Pan Am Sports (www.panamsports.org<\/a>) is the central organization representing olympism in the Americas and is the organizer of the largest multi-sport event in the Americas; The Pan American Games (www.lima2019.pe\/en<\/a>). Pan Am sports\u2019 new governance structure and leaders wanted to adopt best practices in terms of governance and develop a first strategic plan. Pan Am Sports never had a strategic plan before LBB\u2019s intervention.<\/p>\n The International Olympic Committee (IOC) through its Olympic Solidarity Programme, supports National Olympic Committees in the development of their sports programmes, governance and facilities.<\/p>\n Pan Am Sports<\/strong> Olympic Solidarity<\/strong> The strategic plans of Pan Am Sports and the HOC have been LBB accompanied Pan Am Sports in a turnkey strategic planning process that included consultation with the National Olympic Committees of the Americas, the IOC and other partners to develop its vision, strategic directions and priorities and indicators of success. LBB facilitated and organized all the consultation meetings, developed and presented the strategic plan at the Pan Am Sports General Assembly in Lima.<\/p>\n
As part of the IOC\u2019s Olympic Solidarity Programme, LBB accompanied the Haitian Olympic Committee (HOC) in an organizational review, a national consultation, the preparation of their strategic plan, improvement of their governance and the development of sports law policies and legislation.<\/p>\nThe Results<\/strong><\/h3>\n
